(Sr.) Projektmanager/in – KI-gestützte Trading-Frontends (m/w/d)

Deine Mission

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektmanager, der den Aufbau einer neuen Art der Frontend-Entwicklung koordiniert. Als Onlinebroker stellen wir Wertpapierhandel und Marktdaten über eigene Schnittstellen bereit – eine Trading-API von Smartbroker+ und mit der ARIVA.de AG einen gruppeneigenen Datenprovider. Basierend auf diesen Schnittstellen, sollen zukünftig kundensegmentspezifische Broker-Frontends entstehen, die wir neben unseren bereits etablierten Web- und Mobile-Frontends betreiben.

Diese Frontends entstehen KI-gestützt – mit minimalem Entwicklereinsatz und im Idealfall direkt durch die fachlichen Stakeholder selbst. Als Projektmanager übernimmst du dabei eine zentrale Rolle. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Business, Technologie und Anwendern, orchestrierst die Projekte end-to-end und machst aus einem neuartigen, KI-getriebenen Entwicklungsansatz einen verlässlichen, wiederholbaren Prozess.

In dieser Rolle verantwortest du die schnelle und kontrollierte Entstehung neuer Frontends für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen, koordinierst interne wie externe Stakeholder und stellst zugleich Qualität sowie die Einhaltung regulatorischer und datenschutzrechtlicher Anforderungen im Broker-Umfeld sicher.


DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Koordination und Umsetzung mehrerer paralleler Frontend-Projekte auf Basis unserer bestehenden Trading-API und Marktdaten-Schnittstellen
  • Übersetzung der fachlichen Anforderungen unterschiedlicher Zielgruppen in klare, umsetzbare Vorgaben als Grundlage für die KI-gestützte Entwicklung
  • Befähigung fachlicher Stakeholder, mit KI-Werkzeugen selbst zu bauen, inklusive Aufbau von Standards, Vorlagen und Leitplanken
  • Koordination interner Stakeholder und externer Anwender sowie Steuerung von Scope, Zeit und Qualität
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitätssicherung, Testing und regulatorischer Konformität der Frontends im Broker-Umfeld
  • Aufbau eines wiederholbaren, skalierbaren Prozesses, der neue Zielgruppen-Frontends schnell und kontrolliert entstehen lässt
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen im gesamten Unternehmen – u. a. Produkt, Marketing, Kundensupport und Betrieb

Dein Profil


  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektmanager/in in IT-/Softwareprojekten, idealerweise im Trading-, Banking- oder FinTech-Umfeld
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis (APIs, Frontends, Datenflüsse), um mit Entwicklern und Stakeholdern auf Augenhöhe zu sprechen – ohne zwingend selbst zu programmieren
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung mehrerer paralleler Projekte bzw. Stakeholdergruppen
  • Offenheit und echte Begeisterung für KI-gestützte Entwicklung; praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Tools / KI-basiertem Coding
  • Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen im Wertpapiergeschäft (z. B. WpHG, MiFID II, DORA, BFSG) von Vorteil
